Tonight we had a particularly HOT soccer practice. And the princess worked especially hard at this practice. I really thought she had dumped her whole water bottle over her head, but she assured me that she hadn't dumped any and it was all sweat! As we were settling into the car this is what I hear....
"Mom, I only have one more minute of gas left in my ankle. I really need to refuel after that practice. (And then without a moment's hesitation) BUT, I have 8240 HOURS of gas left for my mouth so we are good!!!!"
I had to laugh out loud!
And trust me she used about 18 of those minutes on the ride home!
