Field Trip??

This past week the princess went on a field trip with the 5th grade and it was nothing like any field trip I ever went on.  Of course everything is done in the name of education and this field trip was my kind of education.  The two big highlights of the day were a rock wall climb and zip-lining!  Doug was able to join the princess on this trip and was sad that they ran out of harnesses before the adults could get a turn.  The trip itself was a part of their science unit about the earth's atmosphere and stuff like evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.

This is the face of excitement or more honestly probably the face of terror!

 It doesn't look like it, but there are boys in this class.  In the entire 5th grade there are over 60 students and only 20 of them are boys!
