Just yesterday afternoon I was checking out the buds on my dogwood and noticing that they were just starting that small little split that tells you the blooms are just a few short weeks away and then today this. My poor brave crocuses have no chance against a full blown winter snow storm. How sad. I guess we've made it to spriwin. Those few short weeks every year where I battle with mother nature to keep my daffodils, crosuses, and tulips from biting the dust. It's 1-0 right now. She's winning.
